Photography Workshop with RSPB - June 5th

I have recently been asked to lead a photography workshop at RSPB reserve Fairburn Ings on Saturday 5th June - the date coincides with the BBC Springwatch Weekend. The workshop is aimed at beginners who want to learn a few techniques and tips on photographing nature. It runs from 10am til 4pm. Contact Fairburn Ings to book.

Photography/Nature Talks

I currently have 2 talks available for photography clubs and natural history groups, lasting between an hour and an hour and a half. I may also be able to tailor presentations to other groups - please contact me for details.

"Creative Images of Agriculture & the Wildlife Within" - discusses the subject of farmland, including producing creative landscape images and capturing intimate images of farmland wildlife.

"Yorkshire Wildlife: Through the Lens" - A range of Yorkshire wildlife from birds and mammals to insects and butterflies. This talk looks at how to make the most of Yorkshire's wildlife with specific references to photo techniques and locations.

** Natural England Contract **

I have recently been awarded a contract with the environmental body Natural England. Only the very best photographers in the country have been selected to provide work for this organisation. Photographic assignments will involve photographing a range of species within their natural environment.
